We need to promote and encourage responsible housing and retail development in Northport, to provide more housing options while enhancing the value and character of existing neighborhoods.

In order to accomplish more housing and retail development in District 3, we need to expand sewer system capacity along Highway 69.

Northport Shore Development

Now that River Run Park at Northport Shore is nearing completion, we need to further expand and develop the Northport Shore area to provide more recreational amenities to the community.
